Tofu Bakwan Shrimp



Tofu is a native Indonesian snacks made ​​from crushed soybeans, tofu can be processed with a good variety of dishes are fried, the sauce or in curry with coconut milk. This time we will try snacks made ​​from the idea that given a tasty peanut sauce and shrimp with additional bakwan.

Ingredients :
  • 2 pieces out of white

Shrimp :

  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 150 ml of water

Sauce, mix together :
  • 100 ml of water 
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Puree :
  • 50 g of fried peanuts 
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 pieces of red chili sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Complement :
  • 150 g of cabbage leaves, thinly sliced 
  • 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fried shallots
How to make :
  • Cut out, half-dry fried, drain.
Sauce :
  •  Dissolve the spices with water and soy sauce until blended. Set aside. 
  • Dreadlocks Shrimp: Toss the shrimp with the other ingredients until blended.
  • Fried spoonful after spoonful until cooked and dried into two sides. Drain. 
  • Arrange the fried tofu and dreadlocks on a serving plate.
