How to make :
- Fried tempeh in hot oil until half cooked. Separate.
- Saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Enter the chili, bay leaves, lime leaves, galangal.
- Cook until wilted and fragrant.
- Give a little water, soy sauce, brown sugar and lime juice.
- Enter the tempeh.
- Stir until well blended and cook until cooked.
- Add salt to taste.
- Cook continues with a little water over medium heat until dry
