Spicy Sweet and Sour Tempeh

Ingredients :

How to make :
  • Fried tempeh in hot oil until half cooked. Separate.
  • Saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
  • Enter the chili, bay leaves, lime leaves, galangal.
  • Cook until wilted and fragrant.
  • Give a little water, soy sauce, brown sugar and lime juice.
  • Enter the tempeh.
  • Stir until well blended and cook until cooked.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Cook continues with a little water over medium heat until dry
