Spicy fish curry Acid Patin


If your appetite is reduced, it could not hurt you to try cooking this one. With a mix of spicy flavor, sour and savory you might become addicted again. This time I chose a dish that originated from South Sumatra "Patin Acid Spicy Fish Curry", why Patin Fish ?  Patin fish because it has a soft and easy testur meat to absorb seasonings. This dish is very delicious when served warm. Catfish curry sauce is thick have the appearance is really very tempting. This recipe uses ingredients are fairly simple and easy to obtain.

Ingredients :

1 kg of catfish
1 ounce of vegetable starfruit (belimbing wuluh in Indonesia )
1 teaspoon salt

Complement :

1 tomato slice
1 sheet of turmeric leaf
3 kaffir lime leaves
1 vertebra crushed galangal
1 stalk lemongrass
2 cups water
2 tablespoons cooking oil
seasoning to taste

Seasonings :

5 Siung onion
5 cloves garlic
1 ounce red chili
1 vertebra finger ginger

How To Make Acid Patin Fish Recipes Spicy:

Saute all the spices over medium heat. Then enter the leaves of turmeric, lime leaves, galangal, lemongrass into a saucepan saute until fragrant. Further inputs of water, afterboiling enter the fish that have been cleaned, enter the star fruit . Once cooked, reduce heat slightly and insert the tomatoes.
