Duck Curry


Culinary most delicious eaten with hot rice. One of the duck curry, culinary one is quite popular because it can increase appetite. In addition to tempting aroma of the spices that are very typical. This is one of the culinary, with savory taste, spicy chili and coconut milk.


Material :

1 duck (1200 g)
2 lemon grass (lemon grass)
3 acids kandis
5 kaffir lime / lime leaves
750 ml of water
3 tablespoons oil

Seasoning mashed :

15 green rawits
10 shallots
5 cm ginger
5 cm turmeric
5 cm galangal
2 tsp pepper
8 hazelnut / pecan
salt to taste

How to make:

Bake the pecan in skillet. Cut the duck into 4 parts. Heat oil and sauté ground spices, lemon grass and kaffir lime for 3 minutes. Then add the duck, kandis acid and water and simmer for for 2-3 hours until meat is tender and sauce thickens.
