Snapper Fish Head Curry


Padang West Sumatra is famous for its culinary variety that taste savory and spicy because it always uses red chillies and coconut milk. Minang people's never add sugar to cook, they just play in the way of cooking and the diversity of taste alone. Snapper heads, fish cuisine which I will discuss is indeed quite popular and is always there if we stop eating at Padang restaurant.



Ingredients:

• 2 slices of snapper fish head, wash
• 1000 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
• 1 cm ginger, crushed
• 1 sheet of turmeric leaf
• 1 lime leaves
• 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
• salt to taste

Fish Head Curry spice Subtle:

• 3 cloves garlic
• 9 grains of red onion
• 5 pieces of red chilli
• 1 cm turmeric
• ginger 1 / 2 cm

How to Make:
  1. Heat oil, saute ground spices, lemon grass, galangal, turmeric leaf, and lime leaves until fragrant.
  2. Pour the coconut milk, cook stirring until boiling.
  3. Enter kandis acid and fish heads. Cook on low heat until cooked.
  4. Add salt and stir well.
  5. Serve.
