Yellow Pickle ( Acar Kuning In Indonesia )


Pickles is a way of preserving foods by using vinegar and / or brine. Usually made ​​pickles are cucumbers, but also peppers, onions, tomatoes, and so on. Pickles served as a side dish, eaten along with main course. Various regions in the world has its own kind of pickles.



Ingredients :
  • 5 pieces of carrot

  • 1 piece turmeric

How to make :
