Chicken gizzard sauce is delicious when eaten with warm rice. Please you try!
Material :
250 grams of chicken liver, boiled 15 minutes, drained
chicken gizzard 250 grams, boiled until tender, drain
350 cc coconut milk from ½ coconut
3 pieces of red pepper, thinly sliced
5 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
1 ounce half-cooked fried petai ( bitter beans )
1 tomato cut into wedges
1 bay leaves
1 cm galangal chopped
½ tsp acid
sugar & salt to taste
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Spices :
2 cloves garlic
3 red peppers
A shrimp paste
How to Make :
- Cut the liver & gizzard ½ cm thick.
- Saute until fragrant spice paste, insert other spices, stir until wilted.
- Enter the heart, ampela, and coconut milk. Put sour, salt and sugar.
- Cook until completely cooked and sauce thickens.
