Spicy Sauce Chicken Gizzard



Chicken gizzard sauce is delicious when eaten with warm rice. Please you try!
Material :

       250 grams of chicken liver, boiled 15 minutes, drained
       chicken gizzard 250 grams, boiled until tender, drain
       350 cc coconut milk from ½ coconut
       3 pieces of red pepper, thinly sliced
       5 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
       1
ounce half-cooked fried petai ( bitter beans )
       1 tomato cut into wedges
       1 bay leaves
       1 cm galangal chopped
       ½ tsp acid
       sugar & salt to taste
       2 tablespoons cooking oil

Spices :

       2 cloves garlic
       3 red peppers
       A shrimp paste

How to Make :

  1. Cut the liver & gizzard ½ cm thick. 
  2. Saute until fragrant spice paste, insert other spices, stir until wilted
  3. Enter the heart, ampela, and coconut milk. Put sour, salt and sugar
  4. Cook until completely cooked and sauce thickens. 
  5. Ready to served
