Gejrot Ball Tofu


So by reading the recipe out of this Cirebon  gejrot  specialties you can create your own local specialty foods and you can enjoy it without waiting for a long time back to your hometown to enjoy the food.  Well here's the ingredients and know how to create a distinctive gejrot Cirebon.


Ingredients:


20 pcs tofu
2 tablespoons fried onions

Puree :

4 pcs of red onion
3 cloves garlic
7 pcs chili sauce
1 teaspoon salt

Sauce :

2 tablespoons tamarind water
100 g brown sugar
250 ml of water
4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

How to make :

  • Make sauce: brown sugar and water boiled until sugar dissolves, remove and strain.
  • Enter the spices that are mashed into a sugar solution with acid water and soy sauce, cook and boil until cooked.
  • Chop the tofu in a serving dish, pour the sauce, sprinkle fried onions.
