Fresh Sour Shrimp



 Ingredients :

400gr shrimp, peeled skin
2 tablespoons cooking oil
5 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 liter of water
2 bay leaves
2cm galangal, crushed
2 stalks lemon grass crushed
5 pieces of starfruit, cut into pieces
5 Green Tomatoes, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon of water acidic
1 orange juice, squeeze the water
1 teaspoon fish sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

How to make it :
  • Heat oil, saute onion, garlic until Fragrant. Remove from heat.
  • Boil water, saute onion and garlic inputs, bay leaves, galangal and lemongrass.
  • Enter the shrimp, cook until it changes color. Add the Tomatoes, tamarind juice, lime juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, salt and pepper. cook until cooked. lift and serve.
