Material :
100 grams of salted anchovies, fried dried
2 pieces of bitter melon ( pare ), seeded, thinly sliced salt, knead
Pepper to taste / to taste
salt to taste
oil for sauteing
Seasonings :
6 pcs red onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
5 green tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 cm galangal, crushed
2 bay leaves
5 pcs red chilli, sliced thin, slanting
4 pcs green chilli, sliced thin, slanting
How to make :
- Heat oil, saute onion, garlic, galangal until fragrant.
- Enter the red chili, green chili, tomatoes, stir well.
- Enter pare, anchovies, water, pepper, salt and cook until the ingredients are cooked.
- Saute Pare anchovy ready to served.
