Sauté Watercress Dried Shrimp


Watercress or Kangkung  in Indonesia is a green vegetable, one of the favorite dish in Indonesia. This dish is very easy to make. It's also one of my favorite dishes. I could even eat it without rice. I really like it!


Ingredients :

500 g watercress, sliced a bit rough and wash
2 tbsp oil
1 teaspoon salt (to taste)

Spices :

6 cloves garlic
4 btr shallot
5 pcs red chili, seeded
1 teaspoon shrimp paste fried
1 tablespoon dried shrimp, soaked hot water, drained

How to Make :
  1. Stir-fry ground spices until fragrant.
  2. Enter watercress and salt and saute until wilted.
  3. Cook briefly then lift 
  4. Ready to served.
