Palembang Vegetable Salad ( Urap In Indonesia )

Ingredients:

Vegetables :

2 cloves garlic

tamarind to taste
lesser galangal ( kencur in Indonesia ) to taste

How to make :

  1. Choose a young coconut, then fried without oil
