Fried Rice


Fried Rice ( Nasi Goreng in Indonesia ) is one of the most popular dishes in many South East Asian countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Fried rice can be eaten at any time of day, and many Indonesians, Malaysians and Singaporeans eat fried rice for breakfast, often using leftovers from the previous day’s dinner.

Ingredients :

250 grams of white rice, fried rice do not choose too pulen.
1 egg, beaten off.
To taste vegetable oil for sauteing

Sliced ​​Seasoning :

30 grams Onions that have been coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 whole red onion, thinly sliced
2 large red chilli pieces, washed and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon sliced ​​green onion

Seasoning Garnish :

1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 pack of beef broth
Salt and flavorings to taste

How to Make Fried Rice Special :
  1. Heat oil and saute onion and shallots until fragrant aroma release.
  2. Enter the beaten eggs, scrambled up to half-baked first and then enter the rest of the seasoning then mix well.
  3. Add rice and stir until blended.
  4. Add the seasonings and stir again until smooth.
  5. Cook until done and serve while warm.
