Bajak Sauce ( Sambal Bajak In Indonesia )


Many people in Asia who love the spicy sauce to enhance the appetite. Sambal is a hot pepper sauce prepared from crushed so that's out the water content and are usually added other ingredients such as salt, vinegar and shrimp paste. Chili is one of the elements typical Indonesian cuisine, Malay cuisine is found also in South Asia and East Asia. There are various variations of chili from different regions.

Ingredients :

  • shrimp paste 25 grams
  • Salt 10 grams
  • Cooking oil 150 grams.

How to make :
