Soup Padang Spicy ( Soto Padang In Indonesia )


There is a wide range of soup which we are familiar in Indonesia one of them is Soto Padang. Soto Padang is a dish with beef broth, slices of fried beef, vermicelli (noodles from rice flour),  potato chips and served hot. In addition to the city of Padang, West Sumatra, dishes Soto is also easily found in various restaurants Padang in the Indonesia.


Material :

1 / 2 ground beef (made ​​round)
2 fries, cut
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Soak noodles in hot water for a while

Seasoning mashed:
1 / 2 red onion
5 cloves garlic
2 nutmeg

Complement :
fried onions
boiled egg
cracker red
soy sauce and vinegar

How to Make Soto Padang :

  1. Cut meat 1 inch thick.
  2. Boil meat in water with the bay leaves and salt until half cooked.

  4. Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons oil, saute ground spices until fragrant.
